At Olexia Creations, each piece is handmade with care. We want you to love your order, so please read our return policy below.

Personalized & Custom Items

Items that are personalized or custom-made (names, initials, dates, engraving, photos, shapes, custom designs) cannot be returned or refunded, unless:

 

• The item arrives damaged
• The engraving/customization is incorrect due to our mistake
• You received the wrong product

 

 

If any of the above occurs, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Non-Personalized Items

You may return non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Requirements:

 

• Unused
• Unworn
• In original packaging
• Returned safely using protective packaging

 

 

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged / Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We will replace the item free of charge.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it immediately.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

You may return an eligible item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Cyprus: Box Now drop-off

International: use any tracked courier

Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is faulty.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
